About me
My artistic practice weaves together the traditions of Kazakh culture with contemporary
explorations of identity, memory, and independence.
With a background in architecture and interior design, I developed a strong foundation in color,
form, and spatial composition. Over time, however, my focus shied toward a more emotional and
intuitive approach to painting.
Working primarily in oil on canvas, I aim to express not only visual impressions but also layered
emotions, personal reections, and collective memory.
My inspirations oen come from historical literature, traditional symbols, and visual archives that
explore the rich heritage of the Kazakh people. Each piece is a slow, thoughtful process — evolving
from loose sketches into textured, symbolic canvases that engage in a visual dialogue with history
and spirit.
